You can rent a hairdryer for your stay from reception for a small cash deposit.

Yes, we have a tour guide come to our buildings everyday to pickup guests who'd like to participate. Please double check with the reception what the start time is and how to sign up. Our reception team will also be happy to assist you with any other tours you might be interested in.
Yes, we can store luggage after check-out. Due to limited space we charge £5 per bag that you'd like to store.
Yes, you can store your luggage free of charge if you arrive before check-in time.
We will be happy to check you in early if your room is ready. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed.
If your room is not ready we will be more than happy to look after any luggage that you have so you can go and explore the city.
Check-in starts from 3pm on your arrival date.
Check-out is until 10am on your departure date.
Our reception is open 24 hours a day for your convenience.
Towels are not included in the room but can be rented at reception for £3.00 each.
We clean the rooms upon check-out. Extra cleanings can be booked in at the reception if you need.
We offer a free change of sheets and light cleaning every 7 days if you stay for a longer period of time.
Absolutely, anyone is welcome to stay with us for any length of stay.
The double ensuite rooms and studios are perfect for solo travellers or couples. Our private apartments are great for families or small groups and we can even tailor a reservation to fit larger groups.
Our payment policy is that full payment is taken at the time of booking. If you have booked at a flexible rate and you cancel before 7 days prior to your arrival date we will honour the free cancellation and refund the full payment.
Yes, all rooms have access to a kitchen equipped with essential cooking utensils, kettle, stove top, oven and microwave.
The studio apartments come with their own kitchen in the room. The double ensuite rooms share the kitchen and lounge facilities with other rooms within the apartment (this can be from 4-8 rooms).
If you book a private apartment, then the kitchen and lounge area is not shared with anyone else.
At check-in you will receive a key-fob for the main entrance, the door to your apartment and your bedroom.
You are able to lock the door both when you leave your bedroom and when you are in the room.
We will leave basic cooking ingredients in the apartments if left by other guests, but we do not supply this as a standard.
